Sr. Process Development Engineer
Sr. Product Engineer
Job Title: Sr. Process Development Engineer
Job Description:
Develop and sustain fab processes. The position requires strong technical, statistical and communication skills. Candidates need to have experience in process development and sustaining in a high volume manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include development of processes, driving defectivity down to ensure robust yields, and owning the tool sets from a process stand-point: process qualifications, SPC, OCAPs, throughput etc. Process development engineer will be working together with other process owners, integration, production and maintenance management to achieve high yields by developing and sustaining robust statistically capable fab processes. Process expertise in two or more areas typically used in fab processing is required.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
» MS or PhD in an engineering discipline (chemical, electrical, mechanical, material science).
» Minimum of 5-10 years of industry experience working in fabs.
» Track record of success and the desire to excel.
» Hands-on experience with semiconductor, MEMs or other high tech process development.
Job Title: Sr. Product Engineer
Job Description:
Lead product engineering activities through development, manufacture and customer usage.
Responsible for product qualification process and quality control programs.
Interface with Marketing, Design, Process integration, and manufacturing team to implement product development schedules, as well as meeting the projected yield and cost indices.
Responsible for the definition and development of ATE test strategy, tester selection, as well as test programs for volume production support.
Define and implement detailed product characterization/debugging in a semi automated lab environment.
Maintain the product in terms of yield improvement, production support, failure analysis, cost reduction, etc.
Work with marketing to interface with customers on product related technical subjects, including product specification, product qualification, customer returns, etc.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
» Requires 3+ years related product engineering experience.
» Knowledge on RF products, especially RFID, preferred.
» Broad knowledge on semiconductor process, device, and product development.
» Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly.
» Experience working in a start-up environment is a plus.
